Water Gard® Basic Units

Part # 401475B
This basic unit includes the Water Gard® Control Board, featuring two lights on the face of the board. One is green to indicate wiring is correct and power is coming to the board. The other light is red and comes on when the AC system has been locked out. The control board and (1) one Clip On Sensor Assembly is included to monitor one location.
This unit is designed for use on Rooftop Package Units with only a Primary Drain Pan. Adjust the sensors to the highest position with the set screw on the face of each sensor. Clip springs hold the sensors in place over the edge of the pan. The sensor probes can be clipped if necessary.

Part # 401485B
This basic unit includes the Water Gard® Control Board, featuring two lights on the face of the board. One is green to indicate wiring is correct and power is coming to the board. The other light is red and comes on when the AC system has been locked out. The Control Board and (1) one Drop In Sensor are included to monitor Safety/Auxillary Drain Pans. The Drop In Sensor is weighted and magnetic, with fixed probes set at 1/16" off the bottom of the Safety/Auxillary Drain Pan.

This basic unit includes the Water Gard® Control Board, featuring two lights on the face of the board. One is green to indicate wiring is correct and power is coming to the board. The other light is red and comes on when the AC system has been locked out. The Control Board and (1) one Screw In Sensor are included to monitor the Secondary Drain hole on the Primary Drain Pan. This unit is designed to detect condensation overflows in the Primary Drain Pan from the Secondary Drain hole. The Screw In Sensor screws directly into the Secondary/Auxilliary Drain hole on the Primary Drain Pan and has fixed sensor probes that detect overflow when the Primary Drain Pan becomes restricted.

Clip On Sensor Assembly
Adjustable, Clip On Sensors clip over the edge of the Primary Drain Pan providing detection from INSIDE the Primary Pan. Two Clip On Sensors make up one Clip On Sensor Assembly.

Drop In Sensor
This magnetic, weighted sensor with preset probes detects condensation in the Safety/Auxillary Drain Pan at 1/16" of an inch. Can be used in metal or plastic drain pans.

Screw In Sensor
Screws directly into the Secondary Drain Hole on the Primary Drain Pan. Preset sensor probes detect condensation after the Primary Drain has become restricted and shuts off the A/C System before overflow occurs.

Primary Line Station
Monitors the Water Trap with preset probes and allows cleanout in both directions. Can be installed on all HVAC Systems.

Audible Alarm
95 Decibel Intermittent Tone 24V Alarm with an On/Off switch. Drill 7/16" hole for placing wires through. Make sure the mounting surface is clean and dry. Peel and mount alarm with the double sided tape included. Mount in an accessible area to allow the customer to turn it off after it has alerted them of an overflow condition, and they have called for service.

Coil Face Adapter
Flexible plastic post holds sensor chip directly onto the face of the coil. Use on coils that don't offer space to install Clip On Sensors. Remove sensor chips from holder and insert into adapter. Will not harm the coil fins.
